Resale of the photographs to a third party is strictly prohibited under the terms of our licensing agreement. If you wish to transfer the images to another entity for any reason, it is obligatory to negotiate a new, separate license agreement, for which additional fees may apply.

We will always try our best to accommodate any changes that may occur and reschedule. We know things like the weather are completely out of people’s control. Please see our business terms regarding shoot cancellations, which will be in the terms and conditions sent with the quote.

It depends on how much construction. If it is showing up out the windows of where we are shooting, we suggest waiting until completion or doing a split shoot and only shooting what is ready now. Also, our team of professional editors can do virtual edits to remove construction from the photos. This type of edit must be estimated at the project's cost.

Things that we will include for clients without charging extra are services like:

• Clean up TV screen (up to 5 TVs)

• Removing scratches/cracks and dust (within reason)

• Fixing skies

• Removing cables, water hoses, trash cans, etc. (again, within reason and only up to 5 images)

As per the contracts, if you reschedule a shoot for any reason other than weather and it is within 5 business days or less from the shoot, you may incur a late change fee.
