During the actual meeting, I had the chance to speak to the group about two highly actionable topics. First, we dove into the power of technology—specifically, how real estate agents can use AI to create massive amounts of marketing content to effortlessly scale their local presence. Next, we walked through our detailed guide on how to perfectly prepare a home for a real estate photoshoot, ensuring its listings look flawless every time.
After the meeting, I stayed to offer a second headshot session for those who missed the earlier one. Overall, it was a highly productive day!
Deep Roots in Lewisburg and Shelbyville
Working in Lewisburg always brings back a flood of great memories for me. Even though I grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, I spent a huge portion of my childhood visiting family right here in Lewisburg. Those visits inevitably led us to nearby Shelbyville to attend the iconic Tennessee Walking Horse shows. In fact, we loved it so much that my family purchased a walking horse so my mother could participate in and compete in the shows herself!
A Special Connection to Lawrenceburg
My professional history in this part of Tennessee also includes managing one of the first Walmart stores I was assigned to in Lawrenceburg, a place I still enjoy visiting for its scenic riverwalk and local charm.
A Nostalgic Stop at Shoney's
Of course, whenever I am back in this area, there is one mandatory stop I have to make: Shoney's. The location out here is one of the few remaining Shoney's restaurants still open, and dining there is a pure blast of nostalgia. More importantly, it is an absolute must-do for my wife, who is completely obsessed with their famous hot chocolate brownie dessert!
