Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
We are locally based and primarily operate in Middle Tennessee and North Alabama. Whether you need the urban feel of downtown Nashville, a historic small town like Columbia, Tennessee, or the diverse landscapes spanning down into North Alabama, we have the local knowledge to find it.
-
We have a full, in-house team! Because we are backed by our sister company, Real Estate Photographer Pro, we have a staff of professional photographers, videographers, admin support, and editors. This means we can cover more ground, scout multiple locations simultaneously, and process your files much faster than a solo scout.
-
We can find almost anything your script calls for. Thanks to our extensive database and local connections, we have access to hundreds of locations, including modern offices, downtown apartments, suburban homes, warehouses, farms, and unique hidden gems across Middle Tennessee and North Alabama.
-
It depends on the package you choose, but at a minimum, you will receive high-resolution photos of potential locations and preliminary clearance checks to ensure the owner is open to filming. Our premium packages also include detailed video walkthroughs, aerial drone footage, and a comprehensive logistical report covering parking, power, and noise.
-
Our primary focus is on the creative and logistical scouting—finding the perfect spots and capturing the media you need to make a decision. While we do not handle the final legal contracts or pull the local permits ourselves, we do provide you with the property owner's contact information and a list of local permit requirements in our detailed location reports.
-
Because we have dedicated admin support and an in-house editing team, we are incredibly fast. We process your photos, videos, and reports immediately after the physical scout is complete, ensuring your production team has the digital files they need right away to keep moving forward.
How We Work: Important Guidelines & Terms
We believe in clear communication and setting expectations upfront so your production runs as smoothly as possible. Before we get started, please review our standard operating guidelines:
Pricing & Quotes: Please note that the pricing listed on this webpage is intended as a general guideline to help you budget for your project and does not constitute a final, binding quote. Every production is unique, and our rates are subject to change at any time without prior announcement. We will provide a finalized, custom quote during our initial consultation.
Scope & Feature Creep: To ensure we meet your production deadlines effectively, we strictly manage our project scope. Once an assignment has been confirmed in writing and the initial deposit has been paid, the project's scope is locked. Any new requests, locations, or deliverables added after this point will be considered "feature creep" and will be quoted and billed as additional services.
Payment Terms: We keep our billing process straightforward with direct invoicing. We do not offer Net-30 payment terms. A 50% deposit is required to lock in your dates on our calendar, and the final balance is due upon the delivery of your files.
File Delivery: All high-resolution photos and video walkthroughs are securely delivered through our private SmugMug account for easy viewing and team sharing. If your production team prefers, we can also arrange to format and package the files for direct download to your own internal systems.
