FAINTING GOAT COFFEE – SPRING HILL, TN
FAINTING GOAT COFFEE – SPRING HILL, TN
"Coffee and chocolate—the inventor of mocha should be sainted."
― Cherise Sinclair, Hour of the Lion
I recently had the opportunity to spend a morning at Fainting Goat Coffee, a local coffee shop in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
The coffee shop's name is unforgettable – The Fainting Goat Coffee Co.
I had driven by it several times; however, I was always in a hurry for the next photoshoot and never got the chance to visit.
On this visit, I had the honor of doing photos of The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. I also had some free time to hang out and enjoy the coffee and pastries.
The very first thing I noticed in The Fainting Goat is the friendly attitude of everyone in the shop. I didn't find any big-city attitudes from anyone in the shop.
I've been in coffee shops all over America, from Seattle to New York City. Sometimes you walk into the environment, and you just know things are right.
In Seattle, I love Storyville Coffee at Pike Place Market, Seattle, WA. In New York, I always go to Martha's Country Bakery at 263 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY, 11211.
At The Fainting Goat, I was greeted with a cheerful "Good morning!" by Caleb Holtz and Zack Perko, the employees at the shop. I noticed that they were quite enthusiastic and had everything ready to go for the day. They took care of every customer with great care and patience.
I know it's probably hard to be helpful to the customers all day long that are caffeine deficient.
However, they attended to every customer with great care and a helpful attitude in their personality. They made sure that each customer had an exceptional experience.

The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. is all about an outstanding cup of coffee, a smooth cup of tea, and a superb assortment of pastries and food items.
The Fainting Goat is also a place where people gather and rebuild old bonds.
It's a place where people study and work.
It's a place where families and couples spend time together to get away from the daily grind.
The Fainting Goat is a place where creative minds get inspired by century-old walls and unique decor.
SOME THINGS THAT SURPRISED ME IN A GOOD WAY
They have set up the online app for customers to order ahead of time. I was surprised by this feature. Most locally-owned coffee shops do not have this type of high-tech capability. They have an online system where you can order everything you need ahead of time. All you need to do is drop by and pick it up. You could also choose to stay there at the coffee shop and enjoy your order.
GIFT CARDS and LOYALTY
They have also invested time and effort in creating a gift card program and a loyalty program. Both programs are designed perfectly, and they are easy to use.
The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. provides three areas for meeting spaces as well as special events. Some companies have hosted work parties by renting the coffee shop. The three rooms available at the shop are the Work Room, the Extended Room, and the Spring Hill Room.
So, if you're looking for space for your next meeting or event, be sure to check out the three rooms.

A GREAT PLACE TO MEET PEOPLE

The outside space stretches around the front and the south side of the building. The outdoor area has lots of shade, comfortable chairs and tables, and even some swings to have a good time on.
Saturdays and Sundays are very busy days at The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. So, if you're looking for an opportunity to bump into friends
in the Spring Hill area, you may want to stop in on a Saturday and Sunday. You will have every possible chance of catching up with everyone in the community.
Let's talk about coffee. It's the foundation of everything. I had the large dark roast. No sugar, no cream, just coffee! It was perfect, and I have never had such a mesmerizing experience having a darker roast at other coffee shops.
The roasting process and the mixture of beans at The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. help them bring out the seriously dark color. The caffeine content is high in the coffee here. Most important of all, the beans aren't bitter, despite being so dark.
Those who love a good, strong coffee will fall in love with the darker roast from start to finish at The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. This quality product was pleasingly intense, bracing, and pungent—agreeably.
My personal thoughts on the coffee—very smooth. You get the slight bitterness you associate with coffee and a soft sweetness. I can see myself coming here more often. The coffee and pastries are just perfect, and there's plenty of space to get things done when needing to work or hang out with co-workers and friends.
Let's Talk About Pastries
If you're looking for a sweet treat, then you're at the right place.
It's no secret that they use an outside vendor to create their unique brand of pastries.
THE WINDMILL BAKERY in Columbia, TN, supplies fresh pastries daily to the Fainting Goat Coffee.
So you can be sure of getting the best fresh and homemade pastries when you're in the Spring Hill area.
The store was filled with the delicious aroma of fresh pastries and coffee. The aroma gave out a delightful, warm feeling upon entering the store. Everything feels like it's made from scratch using fresh ingredients. It's a wonderful feeling walking into an environment where you don't have to cook or clean up anything. But you feel like you're at home!
COCONUT CREAM LATTE
Next time I'm in the store, I'm having the coconut cream latte. I might even have to purchase one for the beginning of my stay and one for the road.
The next time I see coconut, I'm ordering it. I also feel the same way about peanut butter.
I was finishing up my dark roast coffee and pecan cinnamon roll when I noticed a coconut cream latte on the menu, so I already have my menu options planned for my next visit. I may even make a special trip there to pick up a coconut cream latte.
Fainting Goat Coffee Co. also has gluten-free options that give customers the flexibility of choice.
