We are seeking individuals to partner with us at Real Estate Photographer Pro!
As a Real Estate Photographer Pro (an independent contractor opportunity), you can create your own schedule and work independently while collaborating with an excellent Real Estate Photography Team!
We are seeking photographers to partner with us and photograph for clients in the residential and commercial sectors of the market.

Your responsibility includes photographing the property on time, naming the photos, and uploading them to our servers.
No marketing, editing, or accounting!
You have an opportunity to boost your photography business’ revenue without sinking funds into marketing.
Real Estate Photographer Pro will manage everything else, including all scheduling, image processing, client communications, image deliveries, client billing, complaint resolution, and other administrative and logistical tasks.
You need the following to be successful

Commitment to excellent customer service
Available 2-3 days a week (Monday – Friday)
Reliable Internet connection
Own a current and legal driver’s license
Reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots
Smartphone (iPhone or Android)

Real Estate Photographer Pro will manage everything, including:
Scheduling and Processing
Client Communications
Image Deliveries
Invoicing
Administrative and Logistical
Equipment Requirements
Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode.
Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
Sturdy Tripod
Gimbal for video - but not required
Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Mac OS X
Work Requirements
Lightroom - Need a basic understanding of Lightroom to process orders and create a proof for uploading photos to the editors. Need to know how to reorder files and name files for processing
Photoshop - Is not required but it is helpful from time to time you may want to remove something from a photo.
Dropbox - need a basic understanding of Dropbox for uploading your photos for our editing team.
Typical work day from 7 to 7
7:00 am - 5 pm photo shoot scheduled properties
5:00 pm to 7:00 am processing the orders and uploading photos for the editors
Photographer Daily Responsibilities
Arrive to scheduled appointments prepared and on time
Capture the appropriate amount of images, and image types, specified in assigned appointment notes
Adjust camera settings (when needed) to handle various lighting environments
Review RAW files with for purchasing agent to guarantee satisfactory shot selection
Upload RAW files to the Photography Photographer portal on time
Be willing to assist in minor decluttering occasionally
Be open to constructive work reviews for improved shoots moving forward

Aerial Photographer
In addition to the photographer requirements:
Have a Part 107 Pilots License
$1mm umbrella aviation insurance policy
Pass criminal background check
Equipment Requirements
A drone capable of HDR or Auto Exposure Bracketing functionality
Real Estate Photography Pay
Photographers pay first 90 days is 40% of the Sale for work produced by the photographer.
After the first 90 days of training. Photographys’ pay moves to 50% of the Sale for work produced by the photographer.
Payroll is weekly
Direct deposit
Contractors will be 1099
If a travel fee is being charged to the customer, a travel fee will be paid back to the photographer.
The first 30 minutes and last 30 minutes of a photo shoot are not covered in our travel fee policy.
Anything outside of a 30-minute commute, we do a travel fee to the customer, and that travel fee is paid back to the photographer to cover travel expenses
Real Estate Photographer Pro Certification Requirements
This business opportunity comes with free online educational tools to learn more about photography and real estate and access to groundbreaking technology.
You will need to demonstrate real estate photography competency by completing a remote certification course and test photoshoot.
